After waiting A MONTH for a new sim, finally received it, no one can assist with activating it. Phoned 0821959 - Lady i spoke to said i must contact 0821945 they are open until 18;00. Phoned them, Betrus said i must phone 0821959, telling her that they just told me i should phone them. She cant assist i need to phone back 0821959. Rediculous!!! Phoned back, Vusi assisted. How agitated should a customer get before something happens!!!?? How can some people know/assist and others not, where's the standard in customer service offered...
