Once again I am having to hold on forever and a day to query my MTN account!!! I first of all have to endure the useless automated system and then listen to ads for Std bank which I have no interest in!! And this while I need to speak to a "person" regarding a query on my account!! Please tell me what I have to do to speak to a real person... ever... on MTN!!! This is not "Customer Service"!!! 11
