SB refuses to reverse service fee charges

I am so irate now after Kevin Kok told me that it's at SB discretion to reverse service fees after they reversed service fees almost every month on my account. SB times are tough and you are the clients in broad day light. I had a previous query a Kevin Kok said he called me but was no reply then he send me an email. I returned his email telling him your customer care stinks you had all my details even my SB account number but you could not get hold of me. We'll his customer care need to be improved if SB wants to keep their customers. I was not satisfied with his reply on my query and requested to speak to a senior person which he said was busy and he will get the senior person to call me. After a view correspondence regarding my query Kevin Kok still did not come back to me. I paid my account in full to date in cash and Kevin told me why don't I go via the Ombudsman. Why should I go via Ombudsman when SB in the past reversed the service fees??? Competition is great out dare but I think Kevin Kok don't realize it and thinks he can still juggle the customer around? Kevin really needs some customer care and should learn to so more empathy with his customer. Very Very irate customer!!!
