Disgusted in repeated lack of customer service

Hi

I have logged so many Hello Peter complaints against Vodacom and they repeatedly do the same thing over and over again.

I have been on the receiving end of bad customer service and bad attitudes where consultants doesn listen and just wanna order me as to what they deem me to do from 111, 155, customer care e-mail and escalations department, networks division, radio planning and collections.

Is it possible that one serive provider can have one customer endure so much, this whole contract is a HUGE nightmare and I need to endure another 12 months of this.

I want answers and I want to know how this will going on foward. I have to keep calling in trying to get things fixed that was not even my error.

I want to point out that the person who will be contacting me should be willing to listen to me not soneone that will speak over me to make them look good cause that's the basis of this complaint
