Applied for a data contract over the telephone. Were sent a sms that application was approved & given a reference number. Had no feedback on final confirmation. Phoned to follow up on status of application & were told that the application was declined but gave no reason & said the first consultant will give me a call which never happened up to date. I have no reason to be denied credit or contract agreement. That only makes me think they don't want to give me a contract because I am a MTN subscriber. If that is their attitude, I'll never want anything do with them & I'll spread the word
