MTN continues to disappoint

So much for escalation! A week and a half after MTN responded on Hello Peter - the matter still remains unresolved and my account shows me to be over R7000 in arrears. Other than the response on Hello Peter no communication from MTN has been received. Weekly calls lead to a dead end in the call centre - each time you have to repeat the whole story again and nobody can help you. You cannot speak directly to anyone in the accounts department no matter how hard you try.
