No Help. Thato useless operato

I cancelled my contract which I had had for more than 12 years. I went instore to do this. All was fine and cancelled. Then at the end of the month they still deduct money. I try finding an e-mail address on their site to complain but there is none. Then I have to phone - Wait for opperator then she asks me security questions - still fine but then she asks me my pin - What pin? I tell her I dont know what shes talking about and she rambles on about the fact that it is procedure to give all the info she needs to be able to help me - I dont have any idea what pin she want and she explains shes following procedure. Then finally we move past the pin and she puts me through to cancellations - I hold on till the line goes dead after about 10 minutes or more. this whole procedure took 30 mins of my time and no one has helped me or logged a complaint and I have to start this procedure from scratch again? What am I supposed to do? I dont have time to waste in such a manner.
