Unethical behaviour/ medical aid cancelled

I am absolutely shocked by your service, I was booked in for a very common procedure today and first of all it took 3 days of my husband constantly calling to get someone on the line who actually knew what was going on, then finally today we got informed that all of our medical aid was being cancelled (including my husband and daughter) because I failed to mention that in March I went to the doctor and got treated for the exact thing that I needed a procedure for. Now first off, how dare you cancel our medical aid, if anything happens to anyone of us now and we do not have medical aid to cover it what the are we supposed to do? Especially on a weekend, it will take us at least another week to get covered from another provider. Secondly, if I was trying to commit would I not have excluded all of my pre existing conditions? Thirdly, this procedure is so common amongst woman that 8 out of 10 woman need to get it done, if I had known 6 month previously that when I got treated for the infection, somewhere down the line I would need a procedure for it then by all means I would have disclosed this. And at no point did the agent that we were
