8ta doess not come back to a person when a complaint is lodged. Still waiting and it is almost 3 months down the line, and they still have the cheak to stated on Hallo pieter that they are working on your complaint. Really how long does it take to sort out a problem or do you just trow it under the rug and hope the problem that you cause will go away and the client will forget.!!!
