Bad internet

Ok my name is glenn smith i was here on hallo pieter complaining about telcom teling us we are 2 far from the exhange and cant give us 2mb and alwys taking us to 1 mb speed... we had this problem since day 1 we got telcom internet hallo pieter did tel telcom about this problem and we were back on 2mb speed for a month and now they teling us again we are 2 far again and have 2 put us back on 1mb ..me my brother..mother is useing the internet day by day and all of us cant work on 1 mb and also paying so much money for 2mb and we not geting it ..can u please do something so that telcom can put in beter lines for us 2 reach the exchange we are complaining about this problem 4 far 2 long
