No Support and No internet for over a month

Logged a ticket with afrihost support team on 02 October 2013, due to no connection on my mobile device in my residence (even though it says LTE area on the coverage map), I have had 10 email responses in the a month of which i have been assured that my issues will be resolved with in 24 hours, I have reached out to the facebook page and said they will investigate and follow up which i am still waiting to hear back from (8 days later). Additionally a member of the team asked me if my problem has been resolved because I have had some data usage, this leads me to believe that this staff member is incompetent due to it being a mobile hotspot, they keep passing the buck on to MTN for the signal problems and that it will be resolved. I am tired of hearing the same responses from different people. I have even requested senior technical staff with no response.

My ticket has thus been removed from the system after 3 or 4 days in there system. [#SUS-439-78025]: No signal on my Mifi device is an LTE area

To log on to the hotsopt to write this article has taken over an hour due to the slow speeds and unreliable connection.

Will be cancelling all my accounts with them very soon
