No Reply after two previous complaints

After such a long time, still no reply on initial complaint, from May 2013. Will any one at Vodacom ever be able to help with this query that has still not been sorted out. Now they tell me that the numbers has been deleted from the system, no payment has been received. Although payment has been going through every month. What the is going on at Vodacom
