I have upgraded my contract with Cell C. I have requested them to deliver my phone, which is Sumsang Tablet two week's ago and i still have not recieved it to this day. All I get from their rude customer "care" staff is a very bad attitude. They keep saying a lady by the name of "Molett" is handling my case. But I am not getting my phone, yet they have started debiting my account for the service Im not recieving. I am shocked by incompetency of majority of those call centre people. They are rude and cant access information properly from their computers, this is because the information they give is inconsistent. I cant even get direct line of "Molett" she refused to give me her direct line. Dont bother to even ask for a manger/supervisor. They are just as usseless as the call centre people.

Cell C has a very bad service. They will chat nicely with you before yopu sign a contract, one you sign a contract they show their true colours. Very bad service.
