15 days, several phone calls & e-mails

About three weeks ago I upgraded my contract with autopage. Each month a debit order is going off on my account for payment of the contract. On 27 October 2013, the debit order went off on my account and the next day, my number was suspended. I contacted autopage's call centre on the 29th of October and launched a complaint. They told me it was their mistake and that I will be back on the network within 2 to 24 hours. Two days later - I was still not having any signal - I sent them a complaint via e-mail and no one responded. I phoned them again that same day and still they assured me the problem will be fixed within 2 to 24 hours. So the 24 hours went pass and still there were no connection. After that I kept on phoning them every second day only to hear the problem will be fixed within 24 hours. I also sent them several e-mails, but up to today didn't get even one response back on the e-mails. I even drove to Autopage in Middelburg Mall Mpumalanga to try and sort out the problem. On 12 November I phoned head office in Midrand and they assured me the problem will be fixed within an hour, but oh dear - I am still waiting. Today it is 15 days and still no use of my phone.
