Today endeavored to do an upgrade at Clearwater Mall, only to be told after waiting over an hour that my company had not paid on time, Vodacom refused to upgraded. No discussion or request for an explanation or alternate suggestions such as "stop order or paying by credit card? This after over 20 years with Vodacom. The reason for late payments was due to Vodacoms invoices not arriving on time, I had corresponded with their CEO the previous week in this regard. There is no personal service, the business is run by a computer. The young lady who served me was rude and arrogant, no respect for a older person. It is a case of a big group flexing their muscle against the little guy, without trying to solve the issue. Surely they look at history over many many years. Sad but true??
