Cancellations sent through but no processed

I had two cellphone contracts that came up for upgrades and called in and was sent an sms with the incorrect email address. I emailed this address and expected it to be done until I received my account and saw that the contract was never cancelled. The other number also reflected on my statement so I thought that the same had happened on this number. Philisanda asked me to send the email to his private email address and he sorted both queries out without even putting the phone down and for this I commend him. The consumers generally have complaints but this man needs a compliment, in fact he needs a promotion by Vodacom as he does you proud and needs to receive the recognition for the extra mile he is prepared to go for his customers. Please can Vodacom give me feedback as to how he has been rewarded for his efforts? Thank you Philisanda! Much appreciated!
