Requesting my statement to be emailed AGAIN!!

I am supposed to receive my Vodacom statement from [Email Removed] via email by the 10th of the month but I haven't. Last month I also did not receive it on time either and had to raise it in my last Hellopeter complaint in respect of Vodacom. Why am I not getting it on time and why do I have to keep chasing Vodacom for one? I spoke to Mpho this morning who said she could only email me individual invoices for my 4 accounts; she informed me that if I wanted a statement she would put a note in the system requesting back office to email me one. WHy is it so difficult? I tried to go to my online Vodacom account which is for my main number and none of my other accounts are reflected. I raised this on hellopeter a while ago and was told it would be sorted out. I want all my accounts linked to the main number so I have a consolidated view of them when I don't get my statement from Vodacom timeously.
