Our October 2013 debit order was not processed by Vodacom. I then called Vodacom on Friday 8/11/2013 to request money be taken off our account. I then called again on Monday 11/11/13 and was told that this would was processed to go through on 12/11/13 and the phone would be opened afterwards. Today after holding on for about 15 minutes on calling the 0821903 number - no record of payment being processed by accounts; supposedly put thought o accounts but was instead put through to someone who had nothing to do with this. I had to narrate the whole story form beginning and she were to once more again transfer me to someone else!!! NO!!! Could someone please help me here
