Arrived on holiday in a great mood looking forward to my trip. Stopped at the MTN store as I am a new customer to MTN. I ask for 1 gig of data and airtime i also ask Harold to please assist with putting the data onto my phone as I am new to the network. He hesitantly assisted. He was so sour and miserable almost made me scared to ask him. Anyways after putting the data on I noticed he had only put on 500megs, then said to him that I had specifically asked for 1gig. He had the audacity to tell me "WELL THAT'S NOT WHAT I HEARD, then you should buy another 500megs". I was utterly shocked I could not believe it. My driver was waiting for me outside the store so I had no time to resolve the matter i just walked out. I've been with Vodacom for 15 years but decided to change cos coverage is not so good in my new home. After this first encounter with MTN I'm moving right back to Vodacom.
