Hi i have a contract with Nashua Mobile i am using a Samsung Galaxy S2 i thought i had insurance for my phone as deductions were going on on my account for 9 months now as i need to book my phone in for repairs and only to find out that the person who was doing my account included BIS on my account while i am not using a Blackberry so i have to pay cash to get them to fix my phone which will not happen as i thought that i had insurance for my phone. All i want is for Nashua Mobile to sort out the mess they have created for me as i need to use my phone that i am paying for every month.
