SICK AND TIRED OF RMCS'S SERVICES OR LACK THEREOF

Follow up on the report loaded on the 5th November. To date no real progress.
On top of the complaint I have made, RMCS has failed to fix their mess, they have given me one call and promised that by Friday 8 November my phone would have been set back to pre-paid and I would get an sms confirming cancellation of this contract. Furthermore they had also promised that I would get vouchers to replace the BIS I lost due to this mistake of theirs. To date none of their promises have materialized. Today I called MTN to check only to find nothing has been done, my number is still on this Top 50 Contract that I never authorized. Needless to say my phone is still not functioning as it should, Nothing has changed!
I AM REALLY SICK OF THIS, I DONT NEED THIS STRESS!
