Vodacom managers! WHERE ARE YOU?

We have been trying to get decent responses from vodacom for 2 weeks, my husband wrote on this site more than once. I have written on vodacom facebook page. We have found the attitude, service and general feedback from vodacom, completely unacceptable. I asked over and over and over to speak to a manager instead of a guy called Thato from the service centre and he refused. Where are the managers and supervisor's??? I also specifically asked Not to deal with this Thato guy because he has never followed through with anything promised to us, and they keep having him call my phone. Total disrespect for paying customers. I want to know how to contact someone above these service centre people and call centre people. Come on VODACOM! I want to speak to someone in charge!!! 2 weeks of from your minions has made me so angry and so negative towards the service, maybe it's time someone with more authority would pick up the phone and take some time to call us and give us a proper response on the shoddy service.
