I have recently applied for a contract by Vodacom as well as cell c and been declined by both. As a responsible young adult trying to get a cell phone contract on my name it has been a hassle until I decided to try my luck at 8TA where a friendly, helpful lady by the name of Tsago assisted me with filling out the necessary documents for my contract and had it processed immediately.
