Data bundle robery

In the space of 1 month I've loaded numerous data bundles equating to roughly 1gig. Previously when I called the call centre I was told my bundle expired. This time it had not expired but I was told that I had active internet sessions because of updates from watsapp and facebook, my data balance was at roughly 250 megabites 2 days ago, today my balance is 0 .Cell C users have told me that they use 100 megabites for an entire month using it in the same manor as I use mine. This is daylight robery I can't be loading R80 data every second week. In my opinion this is as good as.
