Dont come back you you with complaints

I have been complaining about the service for my upgrade, i have received a ref no S3-T4L7N-NS7P: i have called in and none of the department can help i have been emailing for the last 3 to 4 week and all thy mail me back with is that it has been sent to the retention dept and still no help at all Vodacom has very very bad service
