Poor Customer Support

I am appalled with the feedback received from Vodacom's customer care dept, the service received from Vodacom's upgrade dept and Vodacom's sales dept.
Nobody gets back to you, they give silly comments without explanation.
Senior staff do not call the customers and they don't provide contact details of of more senior staff.
