FRAUDENT UPGRADE STILL MESSING UP MY NAME

This is getting out of hand reall Vodacom service is absolutely atrocious, I called Vodacom acounts department and spoke to a lady called BONGA to make sure I dont owe that company anything after this upgrade that was done. now they say I owe R928 FOR WHAT, I dont know.was told a service Request has been logged so that i will know what that amount is for. was given this Ref. S3-T9X22-2COET. VODACOM WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR ME TO BE CLEARED OFF YOUR SYSTEM CAUSE NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, THERES IS JUST A BUNCH OF WORKING THERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND US OF OUR RIGHTS... I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING VODACOM
