Poor service by Vodacom

On 8 October I noticed an amount of R2000 deducted from my bank account in favour of Vodacom. I made enquiries at their account departmentand and was told that 2 additional contracts have been taken out on my name, which I didn't. One of which has a R20 000 call limit. I have a Talk 200 contract. My phone has since been blocked. On the same day I made enquires at Vodacom head office. Several discussions took place between myself and the Vodacom's department. I was requested to fax relevant documents to them which I did. After some time I made follow-up calls. I was told that they didn't receive the documents. I resent the documents. After a couple of days I made another enquiry. I was told that the matter is followed up. The last couple of days I made several calls to the department and promises were made that my phone will be unblocked. It did not happen. The use of my phone is very important to conduct my business on a daily basis. It seems to me that Vodacom put the onus on me to proof the transactions. I am not able to defend myself because I have not been provided by the documents that have been used for the applications.
