I reported my faulty residential land line on 19 November 2013 and Telkom replied back on 12 December 2013 stating that the fault was repaired which was not the case. The same day I again reported the fault and today 22 January 2014 Telkom replied that the line is now repaired which is not the case so I again I had to report the fault.
I do however still receive a monthly bill since November for this faulty line even though I have had no service for more than 2 months with only a partial credit given on my Dec statement for "service interruption" while I had no service at all in December so why should I pay this incompetent company for no service?
