Phone number bill without my knowledge

Good day

My Vodacom monthly bill was emailed to me as normal a few days ago, and the bill is higher than normal.
To my surprise Vodacom mentions that I am subscribed to an adult phone service called ''Cell Spice''
I do not know who Cell Spice is and how they got my number but during December they started billing me R7 a day without my knowledge or consent. The total amount they have billed me has come to R195.

Vodacom has debited the full amount from my bank account including the R195.
I do not know where to take it further, please help.
