Pathetic Customer Service!!!

A few months back I requested additional monthly data to be added to my existing contract. From that moment on I had endless problems..data not loaded/incorrect data loaded/existing data removed etc etc. I called their called centre numerous times to resolve the problem... spoke to a KISHA MOTHUBI (USELESS, no CLUELESS!!), Shadrak (Talked the talk but no feedback!!), Lebuauahan (no feedback!!) and the list goes on. I actually stopped taking down names as everytime I called I got a different story, always with a promise of feedback but received none. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never experienced such pathetic service. Also, whenever asking to speak to a Superior, no one was ever available!?!?!.If possible, I would cancel my contract but unfortunately I am bound to it for another year!..I called again today with a promise of a resolution but will not hold my breath!!! AUTOPAGE... PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
