Cell C has the worst customer service hands down

Once again Cell C has proved they are the worst network out there. For the pass two weeks I have noticed my data and airtime are just depleting even when my phone is not in use. I purchase a data bundle and within minutes its gone. I made sure all auto updates on my phone are off, no apps running in the background. I purchased another bundle just with the intention of watching how fast it depletes and even have photos to prove it, I checked my balance every minute (took pics) and the data just kept on being used even while on the phone with Cell C. When speaking to Cell C the first time the consultant tells me the department will contact me back in 30min-1hour, the next consultant says no the previous consultant was wrong they take 7 days. When telling them that it cant go on like this they need to sort it out as I use my phone for business and even when my phone is connected to WiFI Cell C is taking my data and airtime the consultant suggests to me that I should switch my mobile data off. How does one run a online business when your service provider is you blindly and advises you to disconnect yourself from the internet (turn mobile data off) maybe it will stop.
