Bad attitude. Wrong iformation

I took i note book (laptop) with MTN at alberton mall. 2weeks before my contract was about to end i took it back for repairs at the same store, to my surprise the consulted that side told me i must personal take it to Samsung which is the brand. i took Samsung numbers gave them a call and they told me that's wrong information i must take it back to Mtn. When i got there the manager at Alberton promised me that he will personal take the note book to repairs, 2weeks down the drain the laptop it's still not fix and I clearly told them it will be out of contract in the next 2weeks. Then early 2012 i went to the same shop to cancel the contract which we faxed a letter and was told I need to pay one more month instalment, I refused to pay the amount until my laptop get fixed... aftr a couple of months my laptop not being fixed I wanted to buy a car and when we were checking my itc profile I found out I was handed over. 1st of all MTN didn't contact me about the pursuable amount I didn't receive any letter stating that I am being handed over NO COMMUCICATION AT ALL.. on the 25/01/13 I paid the account and I was promised that the account will be active with immediately effect
