2 months to cancell a vodacom contract???

On the 25July13 I "upgraded" my contract on line. Instead of an upgrade a new line was taken out. I noticed this once I received an sms confirmation (30July13). As soon as I've received the sms, I called the online sales department and logged a call to cancel this contract immediately.By this time the handset was already delivered. The call Centre agent logged a call and assured me that all is in order. On the 31July13 I received an sms with a service request no S3-TVF17-7L37C saying it will be collected within 7-10 working days. On the 15Aug13 - By this time the debit order has already gone off, I called again to enquire on the status of the collection (device still not collected) -and yet again no report for the device to be collected was on the system. I then contacted Online sale supervisor (Marvin De Waal) and he escalated the problem so the device could be canceled. I received a forward email (22Aug13) stating the collection is in progress with ref no EC-ZH1B-20NSKI Cancellation ref: 14443634. After another 7-10 working this device has still not been collected (another debit order gone off) I am highly irritated and frustrated by Vodacom's inability to resolve this issue!!
