Unprofessional service from do not care manageress

We purchased a bedroom suite, bed and TV from the Festival Mall branch on Tuesday, 10 December 2013.
We received the bedroom suite however to our dismay the warehouses sent the unit without the tools to assemble the unit. we have been calling since Friday and all we hear is that the branch is waiting for feedback from the warehouse. the staff are rude and refuse to make any attempt to assist us. we called again today and our luck... there is no feedback once again. the branch manager has made no attempt to follow up and find out what is happening. its now a week later and we have still not received delivery of the TV... they call this customer service. when you call to complain they are ever ready to fight back but refuse to make the attempt to find out what is happening and call us back
