Sometimes wait a day for a stupid thing to be done

I am Again disgusted by your services and this time i am moving and take this as a notice of me doing so. the fact that i sometimes wait 24 hours to get a ip removed from server blacklist is total unaxxeptance. Even worse is when i had the same request since friday and today get the same generic response but the ticket was not even read properly. i am FED UP!
