Bad Attitude and no service from WebNow

Trying to figure out my status of my domain transfers. The support guy told me that I need to wait with a bad attitude. He said that I can send an email to [Email Removed] and wait for a response.

I have locked a ticket with them regarding matters on 2013-07-01 with no response yet.
