Cant sort out my problem

I moved homes and requetsed my telephone line to be moved. The technican on the day said that there was a problem with the line coming into my home and it needed to be sorted out from the head office. The line was basically very scratchy. That was on the 18 October 2013. After numerous phone calls and Telkom telling me I dont have a problem, they sent a technicain to my premises on Sat 9 November without informing me. I was away for the wend. I got home on Sunday evening and I have no line whatsoever and no internet. To top it off i get a SMS stating that my service has been repaired. Almost a month later and stiil not rectified. Im not very impressed and I am considering changing service providers because of this.
