Phone screen with dots

I don't like service that i got. 6 August 2013 I booked in my backberry 9780, with a dots on screen and it was fixed. After weeks the dots came back, im not show that the screen was fixed or replaced. From there I did not have time to take it back due to work commitments and 7 november 2013 I took it back for the same screen to be fixed. They quoted me R900 and acconding to me this is a came back as it a same problem and the is no physical damage on my phone. I don't want to pay, I just want my phone to be fixed. When I first booked it in it was still on warranty and i'm taking it for the same problem, because they say now it is out of warranty and this is a come back for the first repair. I didn't have time to take it in immediately. I have explained to the Manager and He not helpful at all and I like service at this store. REF : 9353518-4281351
