Refund of unathorised charge AVG

My account has been charged with an AVG subscription. This was done by using by debit order authority details from my mweb fees.
I demand an immediate refund of the R 157.89.
Been trying sine early November!
If any attempt is made to apportion this charge. I will go viral on Facebook
