We launched a claim with them in the beginning of March for my sisters car that she took with MFC as the finance. They referred us to Regent and we went and paid for the medical report and when we got the report they said that she didn't belong in that insurance they said IUA is the correct one. we submitted papers and IUA also gave us papers to submit to the hospital again and we haven't received them as yet, bear in mind that we are paying for that report.
In the mean time the lady that we poke to said that we can submit the ones that we have at the moment while we wait for the other one's to return back. days after submitting to the insurance they declined the claim saying that on grounds that she had HIV. my sister had it last year and she did not pass on due to that. no where on the contract does it say that if the person dies and has HIV they will not be covered.
They haven't contacted us up until today. they said that if we have a dispute we must sent a mail of which i did and still no response.
This is what i call bad customer service and they are lying to customers
