Terrible service

Once again i'm complaining about mtn
what an ametuer company
they cannot communicate anything within their own company
last month on the 21st i paid them R4000 of a bill
come the 31 the took the FULL amount of R4500
hence in the space of 10 days i paid them R8500
they are now refusing to pay me back
i have sent through proof of payment
but this is not good enough
i will have to go to lawyers which will be an additional cost
i beg anybody looking to uptake a contract of 24 months with a phone company stay away from mtn
they are truely one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with
do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, write letters you'll have more success
they communicate nothing and are useless in everything they do
