I have been a vodacom contract customer for over many years. Having many of my contracts with them. However the service I've bn receiving frm vodacom has bn ridiculous. I am due for upgrade and call agents and sale reps are completely clueless of process and everytime I call through I hear a different story. I think I've had enough and swopping over to another service provider.
