Client pays C.Card but is placed on Debt Review

On the 2nd of March I tried to use my credit card, I was informed by supplier my card was blocked.
I managed to call credit card dept on 9th March, they advised me they could not help me as my account has been handed over to the legal dept. I was horrified I pay more than 100% monthly..
I called the bank 9 Mar they could not help me and told me to phone the legal dept during office hours.
12th March, I spoke to Bonesele - she was very rude & unhelpful, said my account has been put on debt review but could not tell me why? she would log it & it would take 5 days for feedback.
I pushed for answers, but she wasnt interested, and if I wanted to complain I have to go through to the complaints dept . she transferred me, only to be cut off!
I called again, got through to Fortun, total opposite of Bonesele, said she would try assist me, but couldnt so she put me onto Mrs Davids who said she would investigate & get back to me
Bank hands me over to legal? Legal doesnt know why? My acc is paid 150% monthly
I email Mrs D 2nd & 5th April for answers - she hasnt received any from Debt ReviewDept? Im still unable to use my card?
