Cell C with free tablet

Please be aware! Cell C operator phoned me a month ago telling me that I can get a tablet, modem with 2gb a month for 2years @R119. They delivered the modem within the next few days and I asked the driver where is the tablet and he explained that they don't deliver it together but it should be in the next 2 or 3 days.
I installed the modem and realised that it's faulty so I notified Cell C?
They never got back to me so I made a complaint on Hallopeter and Blanche Opperman phoned me, she was so unprofessional calling me on my first name and at the end of the conversation: " Ok goed gaan jy "
She phoned me again today and played me the recordings where you can clearly hear that the operator gave me the impression that you get the tablet and the modem for R119 a month, in the conversation I even told the operator that I own a Cell C modem!
Please be aware not to order this when they call as you will not get the tablet!
