Cell C selling bad modems with free tablet

I've had a Cell C usb modem now for almost 3 years! last week Cell C phoned me telling me that I can get a new modem with 2gig a month for 2 years for something like R40 x 24months and a free tablet, I thought ok I don't need the tablet but a new modem should work even better than the old one I've had for the past 3 years.
Long story short I received just the modem yesterday and what a piece of modem! It must be a very bad batch that they are selling innocent customers eyeblinding them with a free tablet! The light doesn't even go blue and the internet is so slow that it takes 2 minutes just to open a normal web page!
I reported it at Cell C direct store in Tygervalley today and phoned the helpline several times with no luck!
Now I'm stuck with a 2 year contract and a bad usb modem wich Cell C conned me with! I will pay the 2 years no probs but you've lost a very good customer for many years to come!!!
