On Sat 2 Nov my phone was. On Mon 4 Nov around 4.30 pm I went to the 8ta shop at Eastgate to do a sim swop to get my number back for use on my replacement phone. A couple of hours later I inserted my 8ta card hoping to be back on my usual number, only to find it said sim card not registered. The person who assisted me in the shop had not mentioned there was a delay/ The next day I phoned the call centre and was told there was a 24 hours delay. After more than 24 hours I tried again and have tried every day since then. It is nearly 72 shops since I visited the shop and I still can't use my old number on the sim card I booked and did the sim card to. I am very frustrated and don't want to phone a call centre which will tell me to check in another 24 hours so I am escalating it here.
