No ADSL for 2 weeks

To Whom it may Concern.

I have now been stuck without ADSL for 2 weeks due to a faulty Telkom Line.
i reprted the Line on 23/10/2013 (Reference: 517CNK231013) and received a message that it was in hand with their technical department. Nobody came, and the fault was logged as resolved despite the problem persisting.

I have since reported the fault again (Reference: 333CNK071113) but have not received any additional feedback.

The initial fault was reported BEFORE the rain, the problem has probably been exacerbated now.

I look forward to this problem being rectified.
