I am very familiar with all the charges that I should incur when making a purchase across any of game's credit plans. I usually do the calculations before I make a purchase, including referring to a chart that game necks available detail how much installments should come to. Last month my installment was R650, which was terribly inaccurate as according to my calculations it should have been R420. I called customer care and they couldn't explain why other than saying the system gave me that installment. called again this month to enquire again as I'm not an and Know how to add and multiply. Again the customer care consultant said the same thing. So asked for the current installment for the new month... guess what... R420. So I asked how come it's this month is that amount but last month was R200 more, and she said it was because last month my total credit spend was R10200, but my limit is R9700 and it would be impossible for me to have bought for R500 more than I bought for, no joy. I'm not one to fuss about wasting R200 (which is why I shop at game) but seriously I once even explained to one of games consultants how to work out an installement. But seriously guys.
