The manner in which this agent speak to custome

I have a problem with doing a sim swap as the number I used to have was pay as you go and was a contract and then the contract was cancelled. What this MTN agent, Nompumelelo said to me is that my number no longer exists on the system and can't be swapped. My concern with this is that she was not interested in hearing what previous agents said to me she just kept on interrupting me and repeating herself as though speaking to a 5 year old child which is very condesending and I will not accept this manner of treatment. This woman needs to be trained on how to handle problems and how to speak to customers. I still haven't found a solution to my problem on this matter!
